While we make every effort to ensure that you are comfortable during your trip, we ask that you are aware of the disparity of standards between affluent western countries and Himalayan countries. We fully adhere to the terms and conditions set forth and shall remain responsive to your needs.
Basis of Rates
The rates provided in quotation to you are accurate at the time of issue and subject to changes at any time in the event of any increase in costs by circumstances beyond our control. If it is necessary, we reserve the right to notify you of such changes and any extra costs and to seek your agreement.
Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made in writing, either by letter at our office in Khandbari or by email. We will not be held liable for any other expenses incurred by you as a result of your cancellation.
We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind to persons or personal effects by an act or omission by any other service provider, and any delay, cancellation or disruption in any manner caused by government regulation, action or intervention, natural disasters, civil unrest, war, terrorism, theft, sickness, accidents and any other causes beyond our control. In the event that we must cancel your trip due to the unforeseeable, we will arrange an alternative holiday of equivalent or similar standard and price on a different date. If this is not suitable, all money paid by you to us will be refunded. Any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking cannot be refunded.
Prior notice at least 30 days in advance is required for making any amendments to any tour or trek itinerary.
No refund will be made once the trip has commenced.

Code of Conduct
We ask that you travel responsibly, and respect the traditions and cultures of the local people. We reserve the right to act as an authority during your trip. If you commit any unlawful act, you may be asked to leave the tour. No refund will be made in such cases.
You must obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to your trip with us. Your policy should cover against death, personal accidents, medical expenses, natural disasters, evacuation, and trip cancellation.
We take every precaution to ensure that your luggage is handled with great care. Our staff, including but not limited to guides, porters and drivers shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind to luggage or personal effects, including fragile, valuable or perishable articles incurred during transportation under circumstances beyond our control.
Passport, Visa and Travel Documents
You are responsible for all necessary documents, including passports, visas and permits. We shall not be held liable for any difficulties you may encounter at the time of departure or arrival by air or overland due to incorrect information or travel documents.
Flight Delay and Cancellation
You agree to reserve extra days in case of delays pre- or post-tour or trek as the weather can be unpredictable due to the altitude and climate in the Himalayan region and flight delays remain relatively high, particularly in the Everest region (Lukla, Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot, Jumla and Tumling Tar). You also understand that patience and proper preparation beforehand are essential for this type of travel.
